Alan Van Brackel was born a lot of years ago, with the ability to like weirdness. He is from France, but he is not from Paris (crazy, innit?). His soul is probably British — those kinds of things happen. The American deserts are also part of him. He is not dead yet, which is also a good thing because you can meet him and talk to him (he is shy but likes to talk and meet people). The only thing he seems to be able to do is to search for information and write something from his research. Researcher wannabe. Melvillian (I said ‘weird’). 
He has always liked paper, books, light, and art. He is from a scientific family, so he is not totally a dysfunctional human being, but not functional either. Neurotypicals think he’s one of them (he’s not!). He sometimes speaks of himself using the third person but hey, nobody’s perfect. Also, he is a Sherlockian. Cute but psycho, things even out.
A lot of concert photography. Other works include bad writing, bad painting, and some trying to record music. Geek. Goth. Nerd. Shy. Melancholic. Likes human beings, especially the weird ones. Likes dark places, especially the weird ones. Likes music, and also the weird one.

Analog : Hasselblad 503 + Canon EOS 5. And, from times to times I use a Polaroid camera. || Canon reflex cameras & lenses (5D Mk II + 50D), most of the times. I also love using compact cameras (I used a lot of things, Nikon, Lumix, Canon, Sony), as they can be an interesting challenge.
